DA- ADM Delivery Manager

2022 – Present

Managing application development and maintenance projects for high-profile enterprise
clients, including Digitürk, Garanti Bank, Anadolu Holding, and Coca Cola, ensuring
successful oversight and delivery of multiple accounts.

VF- ADM Delivery Manager

2018 – 2022

Led the Business Support Systems (BSS) transformation within Vodafone’s ISP
department, spearheading the transition to a new microservices and cloud-native
environment. Additionally, oversaw operations and managed change requests for legacy
systems, ensuring seamless integration and continuity.

2014 – 2018

Served as Service Delivery and Line Manager for Turkcell’s Service, Tariff, and Campaign
Management Program, Managed a team of approximately 100 employees, driving
significant achievements including a comprehensive end-to-end agile transformation,
automation initiatives yielding nearly 50% total cost of ownership (TCO) reduction, 65%
time-to-market (TTM) improvement, 95% service level agreement (SLA) compliance, and
an 88% increase in customer satisfaction. This project was recognized as a reference

Coordinated a proof of concept (POC) project aimed at integrating Ericsson’s (BSS) products.

In 2009, following Ericsson’s acquisition of Bizitek to expand its Business Support Systems
(BSS) and R&D capabilities in Turkey, I joined Ericsson as an Experienced Solution
Architect. During this time, I was actively engaged in Digiturk’s BSS transformation
project, As the Development Group Manager of several development teams, I successfully
led the development efforts, contributing to significant enhancements in Digiturk’s
operational efficiency and service delivery.

During my tenure at Bizitek, one of Turkey’s leading BSS development companies, I was
promoted to Technical Project Manager in my second year. I successfully led and delivered
several high-impact Software developement projects. CRM, Order Management, Catalog
Management, HRM, Billing.

Mersoft – Software Developer

2004 – 2005

Mersoft, a niche CRM software company specializing in solutions for gas stations and
markets, I worked as a software developer. During my tenure, I contributed to the
development of CRM systems tailored to the unique needs of these industries.

Matris Information Tech – Co-Founder

2003 – 2004

In 2003, I co-founded Matris and developed an advanced OCR product for blind
individuals. After one year, we closed the company due to challenges in financing and
marketing, offering valuable lessons in entrepreneurship and product development.
